Who We Are

At Tēo Aesthetics, we take an individualized approach to care, never a one-size-fits-all model. Our goal is to support your personal aesthetic intentions, whether that means prevention, subtle refinement, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin.

Rooted in respect and inclusivity, our clinic is a welcoming space for all. We honor individuality, autonomy, and self-expression, and are committed to helping every client feel comfortable, supported, and truly themselves.

Brooke Wiedman

Brooke Wiedman is the founder and lead injector at Tēo Aesthetics. She created the practice as a considered alternative to the high-volume med spa model; one centered on patient-focused care, clinical judgment, and long-term relationships. Grounded in trust, continuity, and integrity, Tēo reflects Brooke’s belief that aesthetic medicine is not about changing who you are, but about removing subtle barriers so you can show up feeling confident and fully yourself.

A board-certified nurse practitioner, Brooke spent over a decade in pediatric critical care and neurosurgery before transitioning fully into aesthetic medicine. She brings a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and patient safety to every treatment, along with a commitment to ongoing education and conservative, personalized care. She has had the pleasure of training with Dr. Jonathan Sykes, Dr. Thuy Doan, Dr. Steve Yoelin, Dr. Chris Surek, Emily Rockwell, NP-C, Erika Berry, NP-C, Julie Bass-Kaplan, NP-C, Neekan Rivera, PA-C, Lauren Voss-Mitschrich, PA-C and Riley Worth, NP-C, among others.

Outside of Tēo, Brooke enjoys life with her husband and two young children. She loves traveling, reading, cooking, trying new restaurants, skiing, live music and connecting with new people.

Jessica Outten

Jessica is a nationally, double board-certified nurse practitioner known for her calm, measured approach to aesthetic care, shaped by a strong clinical background in pediatric trauma and neurosurgery. Her work is guided by a deep respect for facial anatomy, patient safety, and precision, with an emphasis on subtle, natural-looking results that enhance, rather than alter, each individual’s features. Patients often appreciate her steady presence, clinical expertise, and the trust she builds through thoughtful consultation and continuity of care. She is deeply committed to ongoing education and advanced training, ensuring her care remains evidence-based, current, and conservative.

Originally from Chicago, Jessica now lives in Parker with her husband. Outside of Tēo, she enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, traveling, and visiting her family.
